We recommend it as we enjoyed this hotel. Deluxe property with the sea view. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Bai Chay district. Btw, it's 2 km from city centre. There was a wide array of bars and restaurants...

There is nothing better than Wyndham Legend Halong. You can get to the bus station within 10 minutes' walk.
It's located on a noisy street.
